This is a vintage Maru obi with enchanting design of working farmers of four seasons.
Starting rice planting to harvesting, you can see farmers working hard in each season.
Fine embroidery and kinkoma are accented in places, and they add luxuriousness to the Obi.
Textile is shioze silk, and it has crisp touch.
Otaiko pattern is placed upside down so the obi must be tied by Hikinuki.

It has discoloration on the base, and fine stains due to its old age, and there are whitish stains on Otaiko pattern. (fourth photo below the drawing image)
It has rather noticeable stains (A) and patinas on Maegara (sixth photo below the drawing image) of Kanto-maki (rotate obi counterclockwise) side.
It has some other flaws as shown on photos.
Please see photos for details.

Because of its old age, it has some flaws, but it is still a very lovely vintage item for its unique rice planting design.
