This is a casual Tsuzure Nagoya obi
titled Kachikachi yama, one of the Japanese fairy tale stories.
Unique motifs of raccoon and rabbit are woven.
Gold foil threads included in the pattern twinkle gently.
Textile is soft jinken 'rayon'.
Both ends are closed, but there is no lining inside.
It may be too soft to tie for some people.
There is a white stain above Tare end, it will not show when tied. (sorry no photos)
The seams are frayed and rather fluffy at some parts. (sorry no photos)
It has some other flaws as shown on photos.
