This is an Oshima Tsumugi
with bold 'Karabana' (imaginary flower in china) pattern, which is woven with weft ikat technique (yokoso).
Textile is silk, and it has soft to the touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has basting stitches, and it maybe after being cleaned.
Stains and patinas are prominent and noticeable. (A.B)
Discoloration on outside is not disturbing.(C)
Its lining is prominently discolored and has patinas (D).

There are blue torn streaks on Kakeeri collar, lines of 1cm(0.39in) to 2cm(0.78in) continue from edge to edge, and they are noticeable. (sorry no photos)
Because of the stains and flaws on the collar, it maybe unsuitable for wearing.
