This is a Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with plants and "Sakura"(cherry blossom) on stream pattern, which is dyed with bingata-style technique.
The lovely flowers are colorfully dyed.
Textile is rustic soft Tsumugi
silk with knobs of yarns.
Basting stitches remain.
There is a stain on lower 'otaiko'(square bow) which could be hidden when you tie it.
(refer to the 3rd flaws photo)
There is the same kind of stain on 'maegara' (front pattern on belly).
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left (Rotate obi counterclockwise), the other maegara appears.
There is slight discoloration on 'tare'(wide end) and 'maegara' (front pattern on belly).
There are some other flaws.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.
Enjoy wearing the glamorous design.
