This is a vintage hitoe(not lined) Meisen
Kimono with charming 'Housouge'(imaginary Chinese flower) pattern on the vibrant background, which is woven.
Its charming design is eye-catchy.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
The sleeve length is long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
Ir has shoulder pads, but not 'Ishikiate'(square piece of reinforcement cloth).
Basting stitches remain on the sleeves.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has discoloration by ages overall.
(D) is uneven spot of weaving.
It has some other flaws such as slight wear and tiny stains.
