This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with 'Genji-guruma'(wheel of royal cart) and 'Karabana' (imaginary flower in China) on 'tatewaku'(waving line) pattern, which is woven.
The classical pattern looks charming atmosphere with rough touch.
Gold threads woven in the pattern are gracefully shining.
Textile is exquisite glossy silk and has soft touch.

Photo(A) shows the background pattern with ocher colored threads, and it can be seen allover not a flaw.
The discoloration on upper otaiko(square bow) is prominent, but not so noticeable.
The stain on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) is prominent.
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), the stain will be hidden.
