This is a Fukuro obi
with 'Shokkou'(octagon and rectangle) pattern like Japanese 'Sarasa'(chintz), which is dyed on the gentle ai background.
Gold glazing is stylishly added on the outline.
The pattern is added on the otaiko(square bow), 'Maegara' (front patterned part) and tare end.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch with rustic and warm atmosphere.
There is a stamp of the designer's signature on the tare.
Although it has worn-out feeling such as folding lines, it is in very good conditions as a whole.
For the detail, please check figures and photos.
It still can be tied.
Please enjoy its stylish design with your kimonos!
