This is a graceful Houmongi
Kimono with a design of autumn grasses such as 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'tachibana'(Japanese green citrus) on 'yukiwa'(snow crystal) and clouds, which is embroidered and dyed with gold glazing.
Shibori(tie-dye) technique is added to the design partly.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven honmon(arranged sayagata) pattern and has soft touch.
The collar is Hiro-eri(unfolded).
Basting stitches remains on the sleeves and bottom.
Discoloration is slight so it is not disturbing.
Besides it has a stain, so please check photos for details.
It's still wearable enough with very good condition.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
