This is a Tsumugi Fukuro obi
with flower and butterfly on dish pattern, which is embroidered.
There are gorgeous gold foiled threads, fine Sagara embroidery technique are applied to make it luxury.
Textile is rustic soft Tsumugi
silk with knobs of yarns.
There is discoloration on upper and lower 'otaiko'(square bow), both edges and center of 'maegara' (front pattern on belly).
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left (Rotate obi counterclockwise), the other maegara appears.
The discoloration around 'otaiko'(square bow) could be hidden when you tie it.
