This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with a design of 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), iris and 'oshidori'(mandurin duck), which is woven with tsuzure-like technique.
Gold and silver foil threads woven in the base are gorgeously shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Its length is rather short, 165.4in(420cm).
As the figure shown, prominent liner discoloration can be seen in places, but they may be hidden when tied.
Also, slight discoloration can be seen on the maegara(front patterned part), but it is not disturbing.
Besides it has some other flaws such as folding lines.
Please check photos for details.
Although not shown on the figure, it has noticeable smudges along the folding lines.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
