This is a vintage Hon Furisode
Kimono for bride with a design of admirable 'matsu'(pine tree), which is dyed.
'Kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'ume'(Japanese plum) and some other flowers are also dyed with gold glazing.
Kinkoma(golden outlining) embroidery work is added to the design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Hiyoku (additional layer) is attached.
It has five dyed kamons(family crest).
It has discoloration on the outside and lining.
It also has patinas and stains.
Embroidered stitches are coming loose and gold glazes are peeled off.
Besides it has reddish chest stains and tears on the lining.(I)
It has some other flaws so please check photos for details.
Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
