This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with sayagata on 'Yukiwa' (snow crystals) pattern, which is woven.
Gold and silver threads woven in the pattern and background are gracefully shining.
It is a reversible piece with pattern of Kanji character 'Kotobuki'(longevity) with many different style on the wrong side. (for otaiko)
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The length is rather long.187.40in(476cm)
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has discoloration along the creases on the circle mark of the sheet.
The discoloration won't appear on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) if tied neatly.
The folding lines continue from the tesaki to the middle of star and circle mark of the sheet.
