This is a chic vintage Nagoya obi
with magic hammer design, which is embroidered.
Textile is exquisite glossy 'Shusu'(satin) silk and has soft touch.
The length is rather short.132.87in(337.5cm)
The 'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
The kaikiri lines(end mark line) on the tare end are largely coming loose.
The part of embroidery of otaiko(square bow) is scuffed by fray.(A)
The other flaws will be hidden when tied.

Although not shown on the photo and figure, the lining is slightly discolored.
It has a seam on 22.44in(57cm) from the tesaki.
Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its classical taste of Japanese vintage via this item.
