This is a graceful Furisode
Kimono with a design of 'ume'(Japanese plum) and fan, which is dyed.
'Michinaga-dori'(wavy line) pattern is dyed with Shibori (tie-dye) technique.
Gold glazing and embroidery work are added to the design.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven honmon(arranged sayagata) pattern and has soft touch.
The collar is Hiro-eri(unfolded).
It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.
The stains(D) on both sleeves are bothering a little.
Patinas and discoloration are not so prominent, because they blend in with the design.
The lining is also discolored slightly, and patinas and stains can be mainly on hakkake(lower part of lining).
It has some other flaws so please check photos for details.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
