This is a tasteful Nagoya obi
with a design of Heian noble and 'kicho'(partition used by noble people in ancient days), which is woven.
Textile is rather glossy silk and has soft touch.
Discoloration of otaiko is slight, and small flaws can be hidden when tied.
There are tiny spots of molds on the maegara(front patterned part).(2nd flaw photo)
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), they will be hidden.
Also, the stains on blank part can be hidden when tied.(3rd flaw photo)
It has some other flaws so please check photos for details.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
