This is a vintage Meisen
Kimono with vivid flower and swirling on diamond pattern, which is woven.
The vivid pattern glows very well on the tranquil color background.
Textile is exquisite soft and smooth silk. .
The lining is cotton.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
The long sleeves are the feature of vintage kimono.
Basting stitches remain on the under arms and both okumi(half-width cloth) of the front part, so it seems to be after cleaning.
Although it's not mentioned on the sheet and photo,
there are small patinas in places which are not that noticeable.
There are some other flaws such as discoloration throughout, smudges on the shoulder tops and sleeves due to its age.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.
Although it has some flaws due to its age, it is still very charming design which only vintage items have.
