This is a Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with Gerroidea and shibori(tie-dye) dyed lotus leaves pattern.
Even the dew drops are dyed with shibori.
Textile is nubby Tsumugi
silk, and it has soft to the touch.
Maegara pattern is slightly different on each side, and
Kansai-maki (rotate obi clockwise) side has Gerroidea motif.
The photo of Maegara is Kanto-maki (rotate obi counterclockwise) side.
Length is 385cm(12'7") , rather long.
There are rather prominent stains and patinas on Otaiko pattern. (third and fourth photo below the drawing image)
Discoloration on Tesaki end is light.

It has rather strong musty smell.
If you do not mind the stains mentioned, it can continue to be worn.
