This is a Fukuro Obi with flower circles and "Karabana"(imaginary Chinese flower) pattern, which is embroidered on the chic background.
It has fine drawn works (one of the techniques of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through).
Textile is rustic soft Tsumugi silk with knobs of yarns.

There are noticeable folding lines.
The discoloration in between the star mark and the circle mark on the figure will be in between 'otaiko'(square bow) and 'maegara' (front pattern on belly) which could be hidden when you tie it.

If you don't mind those minor flaws, it is still in good condition to wear.
