This is a Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with 'michinaga-dori'(wavy line) pattern, which is dyed with Shibori (tie-dye) technique.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk and has soft touch with rustic atmosphere.
It has a folding line and slight smudges.
There are slight frays on otaiko, but they are not so disturbing.(A)
The flaw indicated as dyestuff is actually weaving flaw.(5th flaw photo)
Also, the stain is small.

Though it has some flaws, it's still wearable enough.
