This is a vintage Meisen
Kimono with flower like cross and double cross pattern, which is woven.
It is hitoe(not lined) one, and cotton kata-ate(shoulder pads) is attached.
Ishiki-ate(lining fabric around hip part) is not done.
Textile is little knotted soft silk and it is little transparent.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar) and the sleeve length is long.
Those are the features of kimono from pre WWII.
There are some prominent stains at front and back of right sleeve.(H,I)
It has some other small stains or snags, and kataate is rather discolored.
Discoloration is relatively slight, but some wrinkles are around waist.
Also it has other flaws, so please check detail photos.
Although there is no figure and photo,
there are some large stains of slight brown at kataate.
It has some flaws because of its old age.
However, we would like you to enjoy this unique design of vintage at your hands!
