This is a luxurious Maru obi
by Kawashima Weaving Co, one the most famous obi weavers.
It has pair birds circle and flower pattern, which is woven.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
There are three golden lines and a gunpai-mark(referee's fan) , which are distinct features of textile woven by Kawashima.
It has kaikiri lines(end mark line) on both ends, which is suitable for Hikinuki knot style.
Lots of gold foils are peeled off by fray, and they are disturbing.(3rd flaw photo)
Folding lines are remained till tare end.(4th flaw photo)
There are some other flaws such as blackish spots of molds(1st flaw photo).
