This is a vintage Tsume-Tsuzure Hon-Fukuro Obi with a design of 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and "Kiri" (paulownia) on 'temari' (ball for girls) pattern, which is woven.
One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed. It has special kind of comfortable and medium touch of Tsume tsuzure
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
It doesn't have a stiff lining inside.
It is relatively short.(13'8"/416cm)
There is discoloration throughout.
There are stains around 'otaiko'(square bow) which could be hidden when you tie it.(A, refer to the 7th flaws photo)
There are line shape smudges on the 'otaiko'(square bow). (refer to the 4th flaws photo)
The stain on 'taresaki'(end of wide part) can be seen when you tie it, and noticeable.
