This is a charming vintage Komon
Kimono with seasonal flowers and kanoko on kawarake( fragments of roof tile) pattern, which is dyed.
Waves and 'Ume' (plum blossom) pattern is woven on fabric.
Textile is soft silk.
Lining is polyester.
Collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
Sleeves have basting stitches.
Fabric seems silk, but it has been tailored recently.
There are dyestuff stains, snags, and frays, but they are not disturbing for wearing. (A.B.E)
Patinas and discoloration on Hakkake 'lower lining' is relatively light.
Please see photos for details.
Although it has some flaws as mentioned, it is still in wearable condition.
