This is a chic color Tsumugi Fukuro obi
with lovely flower pattern, which is woven with sukui-ori(weaving) technique.
Textile is rustic soft Tsumugi
silk with knobs of yarns.
There is only one 'maegara' (front patterned part) which will be shown when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise).
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left (Rotate obi counterclockwise), the maegara appears.
There is slight discoloration on 'maegara' (front pattern on belly) which are not that noticeable.
There is noticeable discoloration on lower 'otaiko'(square bow) which could be hidden when you tie it.
There are some other flaws such as folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.
Although it has some flaws, none of them bother to wear.
Enjoy wearing the elegant design.
