This is a Bingata style Nagoya obi
with scenery pattern of dyeing and weaving, which is dyed.
It also has 'shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) and 'kaede'(maple leaf) on cloud pattern.
Textile is exquisite silk and has textured touch.
There are rather prominent patinas overall, and they are bothering a little.
There are stains on the maegara(front patterned part).
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), they will be hidden.
There are some other flaws such as small stains and slight discoloration.
Please check photos for details.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its unique fashion as a daily wear!
