This is a Shioze Nagoya obi
with large 'Botan'(peony) design, which is dyed.
The vibrant design emerges out against the sedate colored background.
Textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and comfortable smooth touch which is the feature of shioze silk.
It has a large stain on otaiko(square bow) and noticeable. (refer to the 1st flaws photo)
The dyestuff on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) are tiny.
It has some other flaws such as folding lines.

Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the stain on otaiko(square bow).
