This is an elegant Furisode
Kimono with a design of flying crane and 'matsu'(pine tree), which is dyed.
Flowers such as 'ume'(Japanese plum) and 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) are also designed on it.
Gold glazing and embroidery work are added to the design.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven cloud pattern, and has soft touch.
Douura (upper lining) is jinken (rayon).
Basting stitches remains on the sleeves and bottom.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, lots of tiny patinas can be seen overall.
It has blackish smudges on the top of shoulders.
It also has prominent chest stains.
There are other flaws such as stains on the left front panel and discoloration overall.
Please check detail photos.
Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the flaws.
However, we hope you enjoy its charming design as a handicraft material!
