This is a Fukuro obi
with eye-catching kawara roof tile pattern, which is woven with sukui technique, a kind of tsuzure weaving technique.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk, and it has soft to the touch.
There are wrinkles on left edge of the Tare end, and they may show when tied. (sorry no photos, please refer to the Otaiko bow photo)
Discoloration is also seen on the wrong side.
There is also a large smudge on Kansai-maki (rotate obi clockwise) side of Maegara.
Please use Kanto-maki (rotate obi counterclockwise).
Patinas above Otaiko pattern will not show when tied.
It has some other flaws as shown on photos.
