This is a zestful Fukuro obi
with 'matsu'(pine tree) pattern, which is woven.
Its elegant pattern with lots of gold and silver foil threads is suitable to tie at formal occasions.
There is a gunpai-mark(referee's fan), which is distinct features of textile woven by Kawashima Weaving Co, one of the most famous obi weavers in Kyoto.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Stain on otaiko and discoloration on maegara(front patterned part) will appear when tied, and they might be disturbing.
Besides, it has a folding line, so please check detail photos.
It seems to be difficult to wear at formal occasions.
However, we hope you enjoy its tasteful pattern!
