This is a charming Meisen
Kimono with flower pattern, which is woven.
The vibrant pattern emerges out against the sedate colored background.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
The collar is Bachi-eri(folded collar).
Douura (upper lining) is cotton, and hakkake (lower part of lining) is jinken (rayon).
Although not shown on the photo and figure, there is a rather large blackish stain (2in(5cm) x 3/8in(1cm)) on the back right bodice at about 1'11"1/4(59cm) from the bottom, and it will appear when worn so may be disturbing.
There are two tiny holes on the right front panel at about 9"(23cm) from the bottom, and a hole on the top of right sleeve.
It also has slight reddish dyestuffs in places.
There is a repaired part on the back left sleeve.(G)(indicated as hole)
There are other flaws such as discoloration and patinas overall.
Please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its cute fashion as a daily wear!
