This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with a design of 'shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) and 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), which is dyed.
Kinkoma(golden outlining embroidery work) is added to the design partly.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Basting stitches remains.
It has slight patinas and discoloration on the otaiko and maegara(front patterned part).
Especially, upper right of otaiko is bothering a little.
There are other flaws such as pinholes and snags.
Please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its charming fashion as a daily wear!
