This is a Tsume tsuzure Nagoya obi
with seasonal flowers and classical design on lattice, which is woven.
Gold and silver threads woven in the pattern are gracefully shining.
It also has "HATSURIKOU" (small gap in the boundaries of colors), which is the distinctive feature of Tsume tsuzure
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
It has slight discoloration on the creases of lower the otaiko(square bow) and upper, but they will be hidden if tied neatly.
It has tiny snags on lower the otaiko(square bow), but nos so noticeable.
It also has slight folding lines.

Though it has some flaws, it is in very good condition overall.
