This is a charming Nagoya obi
with flower 'karakusa'(arabesque) pattern, which is woven.
Gold foil threads woven in the pattern are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
*The background color may seem irregular on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code.
There are small stains on otaiko and will appear when tied.
It has a dyestuff on maegara(front patterned part).
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), it will be hidden.
Slight discoloration can be seen on the 'tesaki'(narrow end).
Besides, it has prominent folding lines.
Please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its tasteful pattern!
