This is a Hige-Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with scenery of quiet countryside pattern, which is dyed.
The realistic scenery was depicted by delicate intensity of ink.
Textile is a kind of silk fabric called 'hige-tsumugi' - weft yarns come out like 'hige'(beard).
There is a designer's seal above 'tare'(wide end).
There is a faint black stain on 'tesaki'(end of folded part) which will be hidden when you tie it.
There is slight discoloration throughout which is not noticeable.
There are some other flaws.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.
If you don't mind those minor flaws, it is still in good condition to wear.
Enjoy wearing the elegant design.
