This is a Houmongi
kimono with fantastic high flying birds pattern, which is dyed.
The trees in behind imply a cold winter snowy forest?
Textile is soft silk.
Arare 'hails' pattern is woven on fabric.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
Actual color is slightly more greenish than shown on photos.
It is slightly discolored throughout. (F)
It has black stains and light brown patinas, as well as slight discoloration on lining as shown on photos.

There are light stains near left shoulder line and sleeve top.
Because of the flaws mentioned, it maybe unsuitable for a formal usage, but we still would like you to enjoy the mysterious design.
