This is a Fukuro obi
with classical heian scenery pattern, which is woven.
Gold foil threads included in fabric and the pattern twinkle gently.
Textile is soft silk.
Length is 410cm (13'5"in), rather short.
There are lines of smudge on the wrong side, at about 4cm(1.56in) from the Tare end and at 5cm(1.95in) from the Tesaki end. (sorry no photos)
There are also fine snags along the full left edge.
Stain on Otaiko pattern is too tiny to notice.
It also has prominent folding lines and discoloration on the wrong side(sorry no photos) .
