This is a graceful Shioze Nagoya obi
with a design of large dahlia, which is dyed.
The vibrant design emerges out against the sedate colored background.
Textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and comfortable smooth touch which is the feature of shioze silk.
It seems to be made from kimono.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, slight folding lines remains upper otaiko and on blank part.
There are smudges on otaiko, but can be hidden when tied. (2nd flaw photo)
It is discolored overall, but is not so disturbing when tied. (3rd flaw photo)
There are other flaws such as seams of fabrics and large stains on the wrong side of otaiko(6th flaw photo).
Please check detail photos.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still tied.
