This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with a 'kiribame' (patchwork) design of 'Karabana'(imaginary flower in China) and 'Housouge'(imaginary Chinese flower) on 'Kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps).
The foiled background shows brilliant grittering.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and light touch.
'Maegara' (front patterned part) changes depending on the way of wrapping.
There is not folding lines and it seems to be untied one.
Though it has frays on the plain part, they will be hidden.
It also has pinholes and a tiny snag on the wrong side.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Any of them is not disturbing for wearing.
Please enjoy this glamorous design adding extra elegance to your kimono fashion!
