This is an Nagoya obi
with impressive crane standing at waterside which is dyed.
The vibrant pattern emerges out dynamically against the ivory background.
Textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and smooth touch.
*The background color may seem irregular on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code.
It has slight discoloration all over and there are patina due to the age (please check with the figure).
There s rather prominent line shape stain at front pattern part which will show when you start wrapping the obi clockwise. There is a slight stain (A) at the opposite side. There are other stains on tesaki (starter)end. Please check the photos and the figure.
The stain in front part may become bothering but still the obi is very impressive.
Please enjoy its glamorous fashion!
