This is a Hige-Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with white rose pattern, which is dyed.
The fine gold glazing works are applied on the pattern for adding extra gorgeousness to it.
Textile is a kind of silk fabric called 'hige-tsumugi' - weft yarns come out like 'hige'(beard).
There is a designer's seal on the lower 'otaiko'(square bow) area.
There is slight discoloration on the background.
There are smudges on the edge of the narrow belt part.
There are stains on 'maegara' (front pattern on belly).
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right (Rotate obi clockwise), the other maegara appears.
For the details, please refer to the photos and figure.
If you don't mind those minor flaws, it is still in good condition to wear.
Enjoy wearing the elegant design.
