This is a graceful Houmongi
kimono with 'Kumihimo'(braided cords) and seasonal flowers such as 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'Botan'(peony) pattern, which is dyed.
Fine embroidery work is added on the main parts of 'rimpa'(one of the Japanese traditional painting technique)-style design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has wli discoloration and tiny stains.
It also has chest stain.(A)
Although not shown on the photo and figure, the lining is slightly discolored.

It seems to be not suitable to wear at formal occasions due to the prominent stains.
