This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with Heian scroll on 'Jigami'(fan shape) pattern, which is woven.
Gold threads woven in the pattern and background are gracefully shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has frays throughout the edges and tears on the tare corners.
It has some other flaws such as loosen stitches on the tesaki end and prominent patinas overall.
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the prominent flaws.
The wonderful textile could be useful for your handicraft.
