This is a Shioze Nagoya obi
with a design of Kanji writing and moon, which is dyed.
Kanji says Kakou, which means a type flower offer before the deceased.
However, the pattern next to should be for Otsukimi.
A scene this obi was used is unknown...
Textile is shioze silk, and it has crisp touch.
Length is 380cm(15'54"), rather short.
It has slight discoloration, folding lines, and tiny stains, but they are not disturbing.
