This is a fashionable Tsumugi Kyo-Fukuro(shorter than usual fukuro obi) Obi with 'Ume' (plum blossom) on gourd design, which is woven.
The vibrant pattern emerges out against the ivory background.
Textile is exquisite Tsumugi silk and has nubby touch.
The warp yarn is cotton, and the weft yarn is silk.
It has no folding lines and seems to be untied.

It has stains on otaiko(square bow).
It has slight discoloration from the tare end to the otaiko(square bow) and on the creases near 'Maegara' (front patterned part).
The wrinkles on the wrong side are slight and not so bothering.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.

Though it has some flaws, it is in very good condition overall.
Please enjoy this charming design for your daily use.
