This is a tasteful Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with a design of 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), which is dyed.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk and has soft touch with rustic feeling.
It has a stamp of the designer's signature.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, there is a slight blackish flaw on the tare end.
Also, the fabric of the 'tare'(wide end) might be shrunk.
So that, a little bit of the fabric of the wrong side was pulled and came out to the right side.
There are patinas on maegara(front patterned part).
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), they will be hidden.
Discoloration is slight so not prominent when tied.
Besides, it has slight folding lines.
Please check detail photos.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still tied.
