This is a tasteful Katazome-style Tsumugi
Kimono with a pattern such as 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) on cloud and stream, which is dyed.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk and has soft and nubby touch.
The collar is Hiro-eri(unfolded).
It has patinas in places.(C)
There is a tiny stain on the collar.(B)
Liner discoloration can be seen on the right bodice.(D:indicated as smudge)
It also has rather prominent stains on the lining.(E)
Although not shown on the photo and figure, lining is discolored slightly.
There are other flaws so please check detail photos.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
