This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with 'Sakura'(cherry blossom) and bird-like abstract pattern, which is woven.
Foiled threads woven in the pattern and background are gracefully shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Lining is not added inside.
Both ends are roughly sewn.
It seems like the original owner of this obi enjoyed many fancy bow.
So that there are folding lines and wrinkles through out.
The lining is slightly discolored.(refer to the 2nd flaws photo)
