This is a glamorous Houmongi
Kimono with flowers such as 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'Botan'(peony) and 'Kaede'(maple leaf) and traditional motifs on 'shiba'(grass) pattern, which is dyed.
The fine 'kinkoma'(golden outlining embroidery work) and gold glazing works are applied on the pattern for adding extra gorgeousness to it.
The background pattern is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
There is an dyed mon(family crest) on the nape.
There is slight discoloration on the left back bodice.
There is slight discoloration on the lining.
there are some other flaws such as slight signs of wear on the collar.
