This is a chic 'kiribame' (patchwork) Nagoya obi
with lattice design on the letter of kotobuki(happiness) patterned background.
Textile is glossy 'Shusu'(satin) silk, and has very smooth touch.
'Maegara' (front patterned part) is on one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), Maegara will show.
*Though the photo shows uneven colors by the angle of light, actual background color is one color.
Both edges are frayed throughout.
The stitches are a little coming loose on the tare end.
It has stains on upper and lower the otaiko(square bow), but they won't be noticeable if tied neatly.
It has slight discoloration from the tare end to upper otaiko(square bow).
It has prominent fray on the edge of te.(A)
