This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with 'sakura'(cherry blossom) and autumn grasses such as 'kikyou'(balloon flower), 'ominaeshis'(golden lace) and 'hagi'(Japanese bush clover) pattern, which is embroidered and dyed with silver glazing.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The silver glazes on maegara(front patterned part) are peeled off.
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), they will be hidden.
The snag on otaiko may be cut without problem.
There are other flaws such as folding lines(2nd flaw photo).
Please check detail photos.
However, it still can be tied!
Please enjoy its graceful fashion!
